When an order is placed, Dina Melwani will request a pre-authorisation for the value of the order from your bank to ensure the funds are available. When your item is shipped is the point at which we take debit your payment.
If you are experiencing difficulty completing your transaction there could be a variety of reasons as to why your bank is declining the transaction. Firstly, check that the details you have entered into the checkout match the details on your bank card. If all details are correct, and your transaction is still being declined, you should contact your card provider who will be able to give you further visibility on your transaction.
Orders completed through PayPal will be redirected to a PayPal page.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Prices on the Website are displayed in AED, and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject.
Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.

If an item in your Order is received damaged or is not what you ordered, then please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes and any duties. Replacement may be available.

In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us within 14 days of Order receipt and myst apply to the following guidelines:
- Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags
- if the Product comes with a security and/or disclaimer tags, and/or protective layers then these should be left on;
- Products should be returned including all the packaging elements that were present when the item was delivered, this includes but is not exhaustive to: authenticity cards, dust bags, garment bags, leather tags, spare heel tips etc.OUnaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents).
Our agents may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection but that initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
Our cancellation policy allows for order cancellations within 24 hours from the time of Order.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 14 days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
When you have selected your preferred delivery method from those offered for your selected shipping destination and provided your order has been accepted by us, your order shall be processed by us and we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-4 working days or as otherwise specified in the checkout process as you submit your order.
Deliveries are made by our trusted couriers and take place on Sunday to Thursday (or other normal working week days in countries that do not follow a UAE pattern of working week), excluding public holidays, usually within the hours of 9am and 6pm. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 7-10 days during sale periods. Dina Melwani is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
If you order Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In the event that you return an item, you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Orders may currently only be delivered free to addresses within the UAE.
We do deliver in countries within the Middle East and. If you are located outside the UAE, Orders below 2500 AED will be subjected to additional charges. The delivery charges if any will be specified in your check out page.

Deliveries take place between 9am-6pm on working days. The following options are available for delivery to your requested address in the UAE: We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery. Please note that orders paid for by Cash on Delivery attract a AED 25 delivery fee in the UAE.
General Delivery Conditions: Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement. Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays. Please note that up to three attempts to deliver before your Order will be cancelled.
The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection (as the case may be). Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case may be), provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
